Your desk deserves better

Most desk tools are built to be replaced, not kept.

  • Cheap tools die fast

Plastic pens crack, notebooks fray, organizers warp. You replace them every six months and feel it every time.

  • Mismatched setups break focus

A desk stitched together from random suppliers never settles. The eye keeps catching on things that don’t belong.

  • Nothing feels worth keeping

Generic stationery is designed to be forgotten. You never reach for it first, and you never miss it when it’s gone.

That’s why we made this.

The complete Kite & Stone desk kit arranged together on a warm editorial surface.

The kit

What’s in the box

Four pieces, made to work together. No add-ons, no “pro” version, no tiered colorways. This is the whole thing.

  1. Notebook

    A5 · 100gsm uncoated · 192 pages

Lay-flat binding, thread-sewn. Warm off-white paper that takes fountain ink without bleed.

  2. Pen

Solid brass · refillable · Japanese ink cartridge

Balanced in the middle so long sessions don’t tire your hand. Patina develops over time.

  3. Desk organizer

    Solid oak · 3 compartments

Holds the pen, the notebook, and a few cards. Nothing more. Finished with food-safe oil.

  4. Dust cover

    Waxed canvas · hand-stitched

For travel, or for keeping the whole kit dust-free when you’re away from the desk.

Built to outlast trends

We picked materials made for years of daily use — brass, oak, waxed canvas. Not a season’s worth of novelty.

Minimal notebook cover from the Kite & Stone desk kit in a calm, logo-free composition.

Designed for deep work

No logos on the front. No loud colors. Nothing that pulls your attention away from the page you’re trying to finish.

Kite & Stone pen components arranged to emphasize that the product can be repaired instead of replaced.

Repair, don’t replace

Every component is serviceable. Pen nibs, canvas covers, organizer joints — we sell parts, not upgrades.

How it’s made

3 materials Brass, oak, waxed canvas. Zero plastics.
12-month Honest guarantee on every component.
Small batches A few hundred kits per release, not thousands.

Questions

Straight answers. If you don’t see yours, reach us at hello@kiteandstone.demo.

When will the first batch ship?
The first batch ships in April 2026. Waitlist members get a 48-hour early access window and a shipping estimate as soon as production is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide via tracked courier. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises when your kit arrives.
What’s the return policy?
Open the kit, use it for 30 days, and send it back for a full refund if it’s not right for you. We cover the return label and skip the forms — just email us.
Can I buy items individually?
Not in the first batch. The kit is priced as a set because the pieces were designed together. Replacement parts (nibs, covers, joints) will be sold separately.
Is the waitlist a commitment?
No. Joining the waitlist reserves your early access window but does not charge you or lock in a purchase. You decide when the batch opens.
How is this different from other desk kits?
Most kits are logo-first and season-driven. Ours is material-first: four pieces, serviceable components, no plastics, no color drops. It’s made to be kept, not trend for one season.
